HOW TO INCREASE AGE WITH FRUITS?

The season of grapes has arrived and accordingly scientists have come up with an interesting analysis of its further benefits.
They insist that regular consumption of grapes improves genetic expression, reduces fatty liver and predictably increases lifespan, but all of these studies have been conducted on mice.
This study, published in the journal Foods, summarizes that eating grapes should be a habit. Western New England University professor John Pizziotto and his colleagues have done this research. He said that food has a profound effect on the body and nutritional effects on the child start appearing in the mother’s womb. The benefits of grapes are amazing.
The first benefit is that eating grapes reduces the chances of fatty liver. Because eating grapes affects the genes that increase this fat (fatty liver disease). This condition is common worldwide and an estimated 25% of the world’s population suffers from this condition, which can also result in liver failure or cancer.
Eating grapes increases the activity of genes that make antioxidants. On the other hand, another property found in grapes is that they address our junk food eating habits which are causing obesity, blood pressure and diabetes etc. If grapes are eaten along with chicken meals, the risk of weight gain is also reduced.
The third important thing is that mice fed grapes increased their lifespan, and if measured on a human scale, it could be four to five years. But it is yet to be tested on humans. However, it can be said that the experiments of mice can be applied to the human body because it has been done in the past. Dr. John Pizioto says that eating grapes can also increase mental capacity and acquisition power.
